December: Goals – New and Old

It’s the end of December and I am desperately trying to follow all the old resolutions. And what about the new? Can you imagine I was out of ideas for new ones, let alone any decent goals for the New Year!

But after a lot of pondering, I figured simple new ones for the New Year:

Read 12 books in the year.

Stay happy.

In fact, I am planning to get Gretchen Rubin’s latest for more ideas on that. [It will help towards both the goals]

Holidays are right around the corner. So, here’s wishing all those who landed on this page (even mistakenly), Happy Holidays.

Take care and keep writing.

  1. That is a great idea! I am a compulsive book buyer. I need to start reading all the books lying around. I don’t think I have over five new books, but it’s definitely a great idea to relieve the stress from our busy schedules. Happy Holidays! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Resolutions ! they are always interesting but it would be even better if I’d actually followed any of them. Yes, reading books is a great idea. πŸ™‚ I made a resolution to write more frequently in my Diary. πŸ™‚

    Great post !
